Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

Health data we collect

Why we collect it

We use consumer health data to provide and personalize Berry and to keep the service secure. We do not use it for advertising.

Where it comes from

You provide it when you set up and use Berry. Berry may also infer it from how you use the app.

Who we share it with

We share consumer health data only with service providers that process it on our behalf: hosting, storage, and artificial intelligence (only after you allow it in the app). We do not sell consumer health data and do not share it with affiliates. Third parties do not collect consumer health data about your activity over time and across other apps or websites through Berry.

Your rights

You can confirm whether we collect your consumer health data, access it, delete it, and withdraw your consent. Delete your account in the app to delete it, turn off AI processing in the app to withdraw permission for it, or email hello@berryapp.me. If we decline your request, you can appeal by replying to our response. If your appeal is denied, you can contact the Washington State Attorney General.

Changes

We will post changes on this page and revise the effective date above.
